This same type of thing goes on when you have a dispute with your credit card company if your agreement has an arbitration clause in it and most do.
Per Consumer Reports the credit card companies win 95% of their cases. The credit card companies pay the arbitrators – wonder if that has anything to do with it? When I signed up for my Cabela credit card at the store (not on line) it did not have such a clause.
