To see the awesome video click below the yatta yatta. My son and I flew radio controlled planes for about 8 years. The average person does not know the stick inputs reverse. When the plane is flying away from you to turn right you move the stick to the right; when it is coming towards you if you want the plane to move to your right you must move the stick to the left. Also, when the plane is flying in its normal attitude (right side up) down elevator makes it dive but when it is flying inverted down elevator makes it climb. One wrong move and the pilot will play “pick up sticks” which I did on far too many occasions. I have been told by commercial pilots it is much harder to fly radio controlled airplanes that it is to fly commercial jets and from my experience of flying Cessnas for 10 years I believe it is true.
